I've been watching a lot of sports anime recently...it must be because of the whole World Cup craze.
This time, it's tennis!
Round 3 of the Kanagawa Junior Tennis Circuit! Ei-chan will be playing against Miyagawa, a seeded player.
Looks like Yuuki senpai brought his girlfriend.
Explaining some tennis rules. Girlfriend-chan doesn't look too impressed.
Miyagawa and Ei-chan on the court! I think Miyagawa's the best looking character on this show so far. It'll be sad to see him go after this match. Hope he'll be back!!

Ei-chan's stengths and weaknesses. Court cover and control are definitely Ei-chan's strong points, but aside from that, he doesn't really have any specialities.

"Oh crap, I'm gonna lose"
Miyagawa has been trying out various strokes against Ei-chan in the first 3 games to test his opponent's weaknesses. Ei-chan was barely hanging on in the first half, how will he manage in the second half, when Miyagawa begins to step up his game?
Ei-chan was able to hold his serve against Miyagawa in the 4th game, but Miyagawa doesn't seem a bit fazed.
This episode was easy to watch. The studio has done all the thinking for me, and all I have to do is watch Ei-chan hit the tennis ball back and forth. Although I don't get hyped up waiting for a new episode each week, Baby Steps is a nice show to sit down and relax to after a long day.
Maybe I should exercise and play some tennis...?
